Cancellation, times and privacy.
The rules below come straight from the booking system, so they are always the ones that apply to your booking.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from 12:00. Check-out by 10:00. For an earlier arrival or a later departure, ask the front office; it is arranged whenever the room allows.
Cancellation
Ask the front office about cancelling or changing a booking.
Privacy
We use your name, phone number and email only to manage this booking and to contact you about it. We do not sell them or pass them to anyone for marketing. Mbise Lodge and Garden. keeps your contact details for 24 months after your stay, then deletes them. To see your details or ask for them to be deleted, contact info@mbiselodgeandgarden.com.
Messages sent through the Contact page are emailed to the front office and used only to reply.
